Step by Step Training Development is a well established training provider which tailors its computer training services to suit each individual client. We have been provided high quality training to business throughout Western Australia for more than 16 years.

Step by Step Training Development believes that quality training is not able to be delivered in large group where course participants need to fight for the attention of the facilitator, but rather small class sizes of no more than 6 people promotes quality learning as the participants can work at their own pace without having to feel pressured to stay ahead with the pack. Facilitators also have more chance to spend one on one time with a participant in a smaller group.

Throughout its history Step by Step has always strived to stay ahead of its competitors by providing a mix of practical training with straightforward facilitator led techniques.

Our team of trainers are all skilled, with significant industry and training experience. Each trainer has at least the minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment with many of our trainers holding higher qualifications in the Education and IT arena’s. Our courses cover a wide range of software applications, tailored to suit your requirements.
 

Training Facilitators

Step by Step Training Development offers qualified and professional trainers. Our trainers are chosen for their mix of industry and training experience, which means course participants receive practical training, delivered by professionals. Each trainer has at least the minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Our trainers use ‘real life’ examples, tailored to course participants, to ensure the training is relevant and easily absorbed. Course participants are shown how the software features relate to their individual work applications.
